Burrard Appliance Repair started in 2014 with a simple idea: fix appliances honestly, show up when you say you will, and treat every customer's home the way you'd want your own treated. The first calls were washers and dryers around the North Shore, the ordinary stuff that keeps a household moving. Word spreads fast in communities this size, and the work grew from there into Burnaby and Coquitlam.
Somewhere along the way we became the people neighbours call before they call anyone else, not because we're the biggest name in the Lower Mainland, but because we actually pick up the phone, quote a fair price, and fix the problem the first time we show up.
Every visit starts with a free diagnostic and a clear quote before any work begins. No vague fees, no pressure to replace something that can be repaired. If we can fix it on the spot, we do, most jobs wrap up in one visit because our vans carry the parts that fail most often. Every repair leaves with a full warranty on parts and labour.
We're not chasing volume. We'd rather be the name still saved in your phone the next time something in the kitchen or laundry room stops working.
