We offer in-home diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacement for residential appliances within our service area. Every visit starts with a free diagnostic and a written quote before any repair work begins.

You can book online or by calling (604) 265-0540. Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Less notice, or a missed appointment, may carry a $99 service-call fee.

We inspect the appliance and give you a written quote before starting any work. Decline it and you owe nothing. We accept credit and debit cards, e-transfer, and cash. Applicable GST/PST is added to every invoice.

Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on the part we fixed or replaced and the labour for that repair. Full details are on our Warranty page.

We need the appliance to be safely reachable and the surrounding space reasonably safe. If those conditions aren't met, we may need to reschedule, and a service-call fee may still apply.

• We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
• Pre-existing defects we didn't cause aren't covered
• Damage from misuse or external causes like power surges isn't covered

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that repair.

Our vans carry the parts that fail most, so most repairs finish the same day. If a part is unavailable or discontinued, we'll refund any charges tied to work we couldn't complete.

We may update these Terms from time to time. They're governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply within it.
